How do I create a My Main Maid Account?

To make an account at My Main Maid, simple click here and follow the prompts to get signed up!

Do you service my area?

We are always looking for opportunities to serve northern Indiana. For any inquiries outside of the Kosciusko County area, feel free to give us a call, text or email and find out if we can tidy up your life a bit!

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our maids abide by a thorough cleaning checklist that will be followed for every appointment. You can leave additional notes in your account after checkout, by contacting us, or by providing instructions during your cleaning.

Note: To protect the safety of our professionals, we cannot perform the following: cleaning that requires climbing on ladders, exterior windows, mold removal, deep stain removal, insect and pest removal, cleaning pet litter, and items that require extensive heavy lifting.

How much will it cost?

Costs depend on two main factors, the size of your home, and your total square footage. Also, any extras you decide to add to your custom clean are selected on the booking page.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

All of our associate cleaners bring our own hand-selected choice of cleaning products to give you an optimum clean. If, however; there’s a certain product you’d like us to use, please let us know in the “ADDITIONAL COMMENTS” section.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Most certainly. “Special tasks” or “extras” are available options you can choose right before checking out on the booking page. Whether it’s some extra deep cleaning needed following hubby’s home renovations, or you’re worried about using eco-friendly cleaning products, we’ve got you covered. If you can’t find the extra that you’re looking for, feel free to contact us anytime, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

How do I log into my account?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How do I change my password?

How do I reset my password?

How do I change my address?

How do I change my credit card?

You can log in to your account at this link to change your credit card info. Or contact us and we’ll do it for you.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply click on our BOOKING PAGE and fill out the form below. We ask you to describe your home (how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and any extras) then tell us how often you would like us to clean, and finish with the secure payment. (HINT: FUTURE BOOKINGS SAVE $$$)

 

Pricing & Policies

Why are vouchers for first time customer only?

In an attempt to gain your business, we will sacrifice our profits to prove to you we can do the job. For us, the opportunity is worth it.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Home is where the heart is; and we understand the risk you’re taking by letting strangers into your home. Rest assured that each and every associate on our team has undergone a background check and thoroughly screened for you and your home’s protection. My Main Maid is both licensed and bonded just in case any unfortunate situation may occur.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

If anything goes wrong during your appointment, please call the office at (574) 376-5543.

QUALITY – If you are not happy with your cleaning for any reason, please call the office within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will make arrangements to come back to make it right.

BREAKAGE – Our maids are extremely careful with our customer’s belongings. However, accidents can happen. When they do, our policy is to inform you immediately. We will pay up to $100 per breakage item, when the item is verified. Please ensure any fragile items are in a safe location prior to our maids arrival to minimize any property loss.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

You can rest assured that your billing information is protected by 256 bit security and all transactions are processed by Stripe who adds a second layer of 256 bit security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card).

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean the affected areas completely, free of charge within 3 days; no questions asked (provided you notify us within 24 hours of the service.)
